The main reason that I think this game is sad is because many lonely, or suicidal people book themselves into hotel rooms. Part of the intention of the Gideons in placing the Bible there is to bring comfort to people in these situations. I am interested..why do you think it's an excellent game?Glenys Nellisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10141251750723025673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5378197884503318819.post-60271699242143610302012-05-09T07:52:28.779-07:002012-05-09T07:52:28.779-07:00I think Hide the bible is an excellent game. I have 4 grown up sons but remember the days when they were little with fondness. I visited your son's blog...wow, what a great job you are doing parenting him! He knows so many eternal truths at such a young age. I hope you might find some inspiration from some of my posts as you continue to bring up your little ones!<br />Blessings!Glenys Nellisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10141251750723025673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5378197884503318819.post-6784275740316743652011-10-19T18:33:58.117-07:002011-10-19T18:33:58.117-07:00I think that there is one I always try to make sur...I think that there is one I always try to make sure the little ones learn and that's John 3:16. I teach them to move 1 finger for each of the 5 words....(like their hand will always be with them too!)Glenys Nellisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10141251750723025673noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5378197884503318819.post-6731793176924724902011-10-18T11:38:25.985-07:002011-10-18T11:38:25.985-07:00Wow! One that is important to me is (actually two): "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5–6, NIV). I want my kids to know that they can trust God in all the circumstances of their lives. Circumstances change, but God is the same and they can turn to him.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
